Refund policy
We want you to love your Janik Atelier purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from signs of damage or alteration
How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@janikatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping A flat return shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund. We will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window
A Note on Handcrafted Goods Each pair of Janik Atelier shoes is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor natural variations in leather texture, grain, and tone are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
